1.filtration system

The steam turbine lube oil filter

machine uses a multi-stage filtration system, pre-filter is stainless steel which can be used by repeatedly washed and the fine filter is import material.

2. Heating system

Heating system consists of heater, temperature controller and other components . Multiple sets of heaters can be used alone, can also be put into use at the same time. The start for heater is controlled by the temperature set on the temperature controller.Temperature control device must be started under the running of vacuum pump and oil pump. Therefore, in the three interlocking, not only ensure the safe operation of the heater, but also prevent from producing "dead" oil zone and the oil aging, at the same time it can monitoring the heating system and control the heater works within a set temperature range. When the heater temperature exceeds the set point, the machine can be automatically stop the heater running to ensure the safety of the machine, oil and personnel.

3.Vacuum system

Vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, vacuum pumps, condensers, coolers and other components. Using the " cavitation " principle, the contact area of the oil expands hundreds times of the original in the vacuum separator, while the "cavitation" system and the evaporation surface area of the oil is increasing, and evaporated interface constantly updated to maximize the travel of the oil in the vacuum system and static water evaporation area.

4.automatic control system and protecting system

Automatic control system consists of infrared sensors, motors , solenoid valves, protection components and other components.
5.cooling system
It is consist of heat exchanger, cooler, radiator, water reservoir and other components. The water vapour and other gas which produced from vacuum separator, it changes into water after passing through the heat exchanger into the cooler, the radiator and is collected into water. The drying gas is discharged by vacuum pump, thereby it can protecting the vacuum pump.
